WildFire beading thread is a braided thread made of an advanced synthetic material, Spectra, with a smooth thermally bonded coating. This gives softness, flexibility, near zero stretch and a thread that cannot be pierced by a needle. It will not fray at the ends and is knottable. Reels contain 45.8m.
WildFire is a new thread that is becoming popular with bead desingers in the US. Compared to Fireline WildFire is softer, stronger, less likely to kink and the colour doesn't come off in your hands as you work.
Available in three colours: Black, Green and Frost and two thicknesses 0.15mm and 0.20mm. Breaking strengths are 4.5kg and 5.5kg respectively.
0.15mm can pass through size 12 or larger beading needles. 0.20mm fits through a size 10 needle. |
