How much is postage?
Postage and packing is free to UK customers on all items except for magazines.
Special Delivery is available for £7.00.
All orders of £25 and above are sent First Class.
Orders less than £25 that are classed as 'small or medium parcels' by the Royal Mail are sent Second Class.
Postage and packing is £3.75 to European customers on all items except for magazines. You can also select a tracked service for an extra £7.25. (Full tracking is not available to all countries)
Postage and packing is £7.00 to customers outside Europe on all items except for magazines and one book. You can also select a tracked service for an extra £8.00. (Full tracking is not available to all countries)
You will need to select your location on checkout. If your country is not on the list you will be charged postage of £15.
Magazines have a separate postage. The postage and packing charge for these is shown in the description of each item.
Can I pay for a tracked delivery service?
UK customers can select to pay £7.00 for Special Delivery. The Royal Mail guarantee next weekday delivery for Special Delivery items. Special Delivery is not available for orders containing only magazines.
European customers can pay an additional £7.25 for a tracked service . International customers can pay an additional £8.00 for a tracked service. If you need more information please contact us.
Please note that although we will try to send out Special Delivery/ Tracked orders received by 10am the same day we cannot guarantee it. All Special Delivery/Tracked orders received by 5pm will be sent out the next working day at the latest.
You can also pay for a courier at cost. Courier prices are significantly higher than the Royal Mail. Please contact us if you need more information.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, to allow us to continue to offer free UK postage, we have a minimum order value of £7.50 excluding magazines and postage.
If you want to buy a magazine costing less than £7.50 you can but you will need to contact us as the website will not allow you to do this.
I can't log in.
You cannot log in until you set up an account. You can only set up an account as you checkout.
The first time you buy from us you are given the option to set up an account as you checkout.
If you set up an account, the next time you buy from us you will be able to log in.
You do not need an account to buy from us.
I have just created an account but I can't log on. / I can't see my recent order.
You will not be able to access your account or see your orders until we have downloaded them from the website. Please allow 24 working hours for us to do this.
If you can't access your account or can't see your order after 36 hours and have checked the home page/Facebook for news please contact us.
I want to buy more of a product but I am unable to add them to my basket.
You cannot buy more than we have in stock.
If you let us know, we can email you when more of the product is back in stock.
Do you have a bricks and mortar shop?
At the moment we are internet based only. We are not open to the public, sorry!
Do you have a catalogue?
We don't produce a catalogue. We add products to the store all the time so a paper catalogue would soon go out of date. The cost saved by not producing one allows us to keep our prices down.
Do your prices include VAT?
Our prices include VAT at the current rate, where applicable.
Customers outside the EU will have VAT removed during checkout.
If you are a VAT registered business in the EU you can claim exemption from UK VAT as you checkout.
I want to change an order.
If there is no change in the total price of your order, email us using the Contact Us link and let us know what changes you want to make and we will do our best to help you.
I want to add to an order.
In most cases we cannot add to your order as we do not have access to your payment details so you will need to place a separate order.
International customers wishing to add more than the minimum order please contact us and we will try and combine your orders so you don't pay more shipping than you need.
I want to return an item.
You must let us know within 14 days of delivery. Please use the Contact Us link.

I want to exchange an item.
You can exchange items but you must let us know within 14 days of delivery. Please use the Contact Us link.
You will have to pay for the cost of posting the new item to you if the exchange is for less than our minimum order of £7.50.

I have problems ordering from your site.
Check that your browser allows cookies. You cannot buy from us if you block cookies.
You can check whether cookies are blocked by going to Tools/Internet Options (or Options)/Privacy.
If you can't see 'add to cart' buttons you might be on a filtered page or the item could be out of stock. Try clicking on the product or look for the Out of Stock message. If this doesn't help try clearing your recent history.

I don't have a Paypal or Nochex account. How do I pay?
You don't need to have a Paypal (or Nochex) account to make a payment. When you have selected your payment method you will be transferred to the Paypal (Nochex) website where you can pay with a credit or debit card.
Can I pay by credit card over the phone?
Sorry, no. We have no facility to accept payment by credit card over the phone (or by post).
Can I pay by cheque?
We can accept cheques. Please email us first and we will let you know how to order.
Do you sell in wholesale quantities?
We are primarily a retail shop. We sell some items in larger quantities and can sell larger quantities of other beads that we have in stock or can order in for you.
Large quantity discounts generally start at purchases of ten times the standard selling quantity or more.
